Honey Lentil & Tomato Salsa Print
3 small diced tomatoes
1 small diced green & red pepper
1 small diced red onion
2 finely chopped jalapenos
1 Tbsp honey
2 limes (juice)
1 cup cooked lentils
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl and let sit for 2 hours in refrigerator.
