Tomato & Feta Cheese Salad Print
4 - 6 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper, ground
1 cup fresh mushrroms, sliced
1 cup broccoli (flowers & stems), chopped
3/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp fresh basil or dried basil or Greek spices
1/3 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp totasted flax or sesame seed - optional

Place vegetables in a salad bowl, season. Mix oil and vinegar and pour over.
Lightly mix and top with cheese and seeds.
