Cream of Lentil Soup Print
Add seasonings of your choice to pureed lentils for a tasty soup.
Cook lentils until soft and puree in a food processor.
Add skim milk to thin the lentils to a soup consistency you desire.
Add pepper or other seasonings such as thyme, nutmeg, basil or cumin.
Adding lemon juice or a sprinkle of grated lemon peel will increase the flavor.
