Lentils |
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 cup lentils, rinsed 2 cups water 2 tsp chicken bouillon powder 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tsp parsley 1/4 tsp garlic powder Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and celery. Saute until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Cook covered until lentils are tender. Serves 4. |
